Motocraft presents Torqeedo’s electric outboard engine Travel 1103 CS, the newest addition to the globally successful Travel series.
Featuring a brand-new, direct-drive motor design, it comes with the high-capacity 915 Wh battery – a range-extending 73% increase in capacity compared to the base model. The 1103 C also delivers 10% more power from 1,000 to 1,100 W, a stronger aluminum pylon for increased protection from impact damage and an upgraded transom mount.
The Travel 1103 CS has an integrated lithium battery, which has solar charging capabilities even during trips, and is the perfect alternative for small petrol outboard engines. Furthermore, the Travel 1103 CS is silent, lightweight and environmentally friendly as it does not emit oil or petrol.
It has an on-board computer with GPS-based calculation of remaining range, where an audible alarm goes off when the charge is low, and it can be easily dismantled for transport and can be stored easily without taking up a lot of space.
Torqeedo's Travel 1103 CS will be available in Greece in May 2019.
