Payment methods - Shipping Costs

1.Payment

For merchandise dispatches within Greece, the Company accepts payments by (a) credit / debit card, (b) PayPal, (c) deposit into a bank account and (d) Cash on delivery.

(a) If the credit / debit card (accepted cards are Visa, Maestro, MasterCard, American Express or Diners) is chosen as a method of payment, you should follow the instructions found at the Online Store. Once you have filled out your details on the order form, you will be re-directed on a specially protected page of the Bank's affiliate with which you will be asked to fill in your credit / debit card number and expiration date, the three-digit your security code, as well as any other information your bank deems about your secure transaction. during the processing of the payment by the affiliate bank and until confirmation of the successful completion of your transaction, avoid interruption of the processing of the transaction. Credit / debit transactions will be processed through the Online Store using the services of the Online Payments Processing Provider with which the Company is contracted. You are solely responsible for the correct recording and the truth of your credit / debit card details, and the card you use for the transaction should belong to you. For security reasons, the Company does not store the details of any credit / debit card for future use, so you must re-enter the data each time you want to make a new purchase. By entering your required credit / debit card details, you explicitly state that you have the legal right to use the credit / debit card. If your card has no money, the transaction will not be possible, so make sure there is a sufficient balance. Your transactions are protected by top-of-the-line security online systems, additional online security systems such as Visa® Verified By Visa® or MasterCard® SecureCode ™, American Express Safe Key), which guarantee a secure trading environment. In any case, the Company can not guarantee that it can prevent unauthorized third parties from using the information illegally. Also, the Company is not responsible for not making any debit or credit / debit card commitments in the event of the fault of the Internet Banking Service Provider or Internet Service Provider or ISP.

i) Prior to registering your order, you will pre-authorize your credit / debit card by freezing the total amount (price and any agreed charges such as transportation) to make the corresponding commitment of the merchandise (s) we will send you. In case you have a problem with your pre-approval at the confirmation stage, then the Company will contact you in one of the ways mentioned in section 5.2.2. above in order to get in touch with you on this issue. If none of the intended ways of communicating with you becomes possible for any reason within one (1) business day of sending your request for a request, your request will be automatically canceled and you will have to send a request again to us. In this case, you will be sent a relevant cancellation message to your order request at the email address you have submitted to us. In the event of successful prior approval, your card will be debited with your merchandise or goods. The amount of the billing other than the value of the ordered Goods (s) includes the shipping costs according to clause 7.2. below.

ii) If, at any point, although this pre-authorization has been received and the goods you have ordered have been shipped to you, by mistake and / or due to a technical or other problem and / or for any other reason and cause the final payment of your card at the appropriate cost and expense, the Company has the right to make a final payment of the amount and costs of your order executed at any later stage at any time. In case you choose to pay by credit / debit card, you must either be present yourself when you receive your order with you with your identity, or be an authorized owner with his or her identity. In the event that the order is made in the data and on behalf of a company, they must be present at the receipt of the order, either by the company's legal representative, or by an authorized employee of the company with his / her identity.

(b) If PayPal payment is chosen as a method of payment, you can send your payments online using one of the intended payment methods, such as a credit card, debit card, prepaid card or bank account. When you choose PayPal as a payment method, you go to the PayPal official website through which you make your payment. If you do not already have a PayPal account, you can create an account during the account creation process described on Paypal's official website. In PayPal, you can choose how you wish to execute your payment (eg using a credit card) and then send the payment to the Online Store. If your account has no money, the transaction will not be possible, so make sure there is a sufficient balance. Your transactions are protected by superior online security systems. In any case, the Company can not guarantee that it can prevent unauthorized third parties from using the information illegally. Also, the Company is not responsible for not making any debit or credit / debit card commitments in the event of a fault on the part of the service provider.

(c) If a bank deposit is chosen as a method of payment, then you will have to debit your order (and any agreed charges such as transportation) as a whole, and not in part in one of the Company's accounts in the corresponding payment field in a bank account, setting your name and your order number as a reason for your deposit. The order number will be listed in the e-mail you receive as soon as your order is registered. The deposit must be completed within one (1) business day. After the above deposit, we will commit the Goods contained in your order from us. In the event that the total amount of your order is not deposited within the above-mentioned deadline of one (1) business day, your order will be canceled unconditionally and the sales contract will be deemed to have been withdrawn as a result of your resignation. In the latter case, you will be sent a relevant cancellation message for your order request to the email address you have provided.

(d) If you cash on delivery as a way of payment (Greece only), you will have to pay the courier service on delivery of your order, otherwise the order will not be delivered. If the total value of your order exceeds € 499, or the delivery address is not in Greece, it is not possible to ship by cash on delivery and you have to choose one of the other payment methods listed above.

 

Regardless of the payment method you choose, you can choose to issue either a retail or invoice. An invoice is issued to companies and freelancers, provided they fill out the following information upon their order: company name, VAT number, VAT and profession for self-employed persons. The invoice / receipt will be sent with your order. Also, regardless of the payment method you choose, you are entitled to a refund if you decide to return the Merchandise under the terms hereof.
