Single part number fits all cables:

Accepts all types of 30 series control cables used with the various engine manufacturers without requiring multiple part numbers which directly attach to the Pro- Pedal.  The cable attachment is concealed in a protected case to prevent from debris. The unique cable mounting system allows quick connection, no fumbling with mounting brackets as in other pedals. The control cable can be routed straight back to the engine, up into the console or front to the foot well and all of this is possible with this one pedal.

 

Driver comfort:

Start position is angled forward. A unique cable attachment can also adjust the start position for individual needs yet still retain full throttle stroke. We are able to provide shorter or longer pedal travel to the WOT position by the cable attachment point. We change the resolution of the pedal for quick or slightly longer pedal movement to WOT.

 

Adjustable for the driver:

Easy to adjust pedal idle start position, full throttle stop and even spring tension all from the front of the pedal. All of these fasteners are self-locking.  This will greatly speed up the installation time for the boat builder, no more crawling under the dash to get behind a pedal for hard to reach screws.

 

Pedal wedge:

Unique wedge feature under the front of the pedal to prevent items jams like fishing lures, paint markers. This wedge sweeps away any of these items and prevents the pedal from becoming jammed which might prevent the return to idle.

 

Toe Hook:

Toe hook at the top of the pedal to allow the driver to manually pull the throttle back to idle if required.

 

Torsion Spring:

Robust stainless steel torsion spring design to provide a longer life compared to a common extension spring used in other pedals.

 

Adjustable Slider plate:

The adjustable slider plate has a unique spring loaded feature which allows the driver to slide the pedal back and forth with just one hand. This feature makes it easy to accommodate drivers of any height. For the boat builder our slider plate is complete and does not require multiple assemblies, it simply is mounted to the floor and the pedal slid in place.

 

Self-locking fasteners:

All mounting and assembly fasteners have self-locking features to prevent loosing during use. No need to add “lock tight” on the assembly.

 

Reduced assembly time for Boat builder:

These combined features of the Pro-Pedal amount to a 40% time savings during installation when compared to the current pedals in the market. We also provide the builder with reduced SKUs as this single pedal fits all applications instead of needing to stock several different part numbers.
