Awning system - Carbon Fibre
I-carbon's awning system is the ultimate solution for yachts and superyachts. Combining elegant design and clever technical solutions, it is a “must” for premium vessels. The poles are made of carbon fibre, with an anti-UV clear coating and they can be painted with custom colours as well. They are manually operated and the awning tension is given by an internal tackle made with Dyneema rope and low friction rings. It has an innovative deck base, made of AISI316 stainless steel, easy to install on every deck surface on every boat, with minimum impact on the hull and without drainage (patent pending). It is the smallest foundation available on the market. They are available with a single or double attachment point. The awning is made by Soltis 86®. Other fabrics can be available on request.

Mooring systems
Carbon Fibre
I-carbon's mooring system pushes the boundaries of innovation and design of marine hardware. I-carbon conceived a new kind of pop-up cleat, combining stylish design, functional shape, high strength and cutting-edge technology.
The curved shape and smooth edges allow an easy clamp of the mooring line, avoiding rope consumption. It means no more ropes damaged by sharp edges. The top part of the cleat is made of light carbon fibre, by innovative SMC moulding technology. All the fittings and deck base are made of CNC machined titanium, to offer the best strength, lightness and keep it totally free from corrosion. It is the stronger and lighter cleat on the market (compared with others of the same size). You can install this cleat on every kind of deck surface, composite, GRP, aluminium, steel, or wood. It is easy to install onboard and does not require drainage due to the O-ring seal between the stem and the cylinder.

Besides the innovative carbon made cleats, we offer also a more conventional range of our mooring system. These cleats are made of marine-grade aluminium. All components are CNC machined from solid bar. The stems are made of CNC machined titanium, to offer the best strength, lightness and keep it totally free from corrosion. The standard finish is satin silver anodised. Other finishes, hardcote or black anodising, are available on request. Whether you choose aluminium, to get a lighter solution, or stainless steel, to match other equipment onboard, the stems are always made of titanium. You can install this cleat on every kind of deck surface, composite, GRP, aluminium, steel, or wood. It is easy to install onboard and does not require drainage due to the O-ring seal between the stem and the cylinder.

AISI316 Stainless Steel

The curved shape and smooth edges allow an easy clamp of the mooring line, avoiding rope consumption. It means no more ropes damaged by sharp edges. Besides the innovative carbon made cleats, we offer also a more conventional range of our mooring system. These cleats are made of AISI316 stainless steel and Titanium. All components are CNC machined from solid bar. The stems are made of CNC machined titanium, to offer the best strength, lightness and keep it totally free from corrosion. The standard finish is mirror polished. Other finishes are available on request: satin finish, through shot peening treatment; black finish, through DLC coating. Whether you choose aluminium, to get a lighter solution, or stainless steel, to match other equipment onboard, the stems are always made of titanium. You can install this cleat on every kind of deck surface, composite, GRP, aluminium, steel, or wood. It is easy to install onboard and does not require drainage due to the O-ring seal between the stem and the cylinder. When the cleat is not in use, it can be retracted, almost flush, keeping the deck free and clean.
